Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to every prompt, image, video, upload, and other use of Banana Image Studio. You may use the Service only for lawful creative work involving content you own or are authorized to use.

Prohibited Content

You must not create, request, upload, or distribute:

1. Child sexual abuse material, sexualized depictions of minors, grooming content, or any attempt to sexualize a person who is or may be under 18.
2. Sexual violence, non-consensual sexual content, exploitation, trafficking, or content presented as intimate material without consent.
3. Nudification, undressing, or sexual alteration of a real or recognizable person without their explicit consent.
4. Deceptive face swaps, impersonation, identity abuse, or manipulated media intended to defraud, harass, defame, or falsely portray a real person.
5. Sexual content involving animals or other prohibited exploitative sexual material.
6. Explicit adult sexual content or pornography, including attempts to evade safety controls through coded or indirect prompts.

The Service also prohibits content that facilitates serious violence, hate, terrorism, self-harm, illegal activity, fraud, privacy invasion, or infringement of intellectual property rights.

Minors and CSAM

Banana Image Studio has zero tolerance for CSAM or sexual content involving minors. Suspected violations may be blocked, accounts may be suspended, and information may be preserved and reported where required by law.

Enforcement and Appeals

Prompts are screened before generation. Only prompts approved by our safety system may proceed. Attempts to bypass safety controls are violations of this policy.
